NextFab Ventures, known for backing promising startups, has recently invested $100,000 in Haylon Technologies. NextFab is providing support to Haylon’s cloud-connected battery management system (BMS), which switches between two battery chemistries enabling longer-term use.

NextFab Ventures specializes in supporting hardware startups by providing seed capital, technical support, and access to state-of-the-art facilities.  Selected teams not only receive funding but also gain direct access to NextFab’s Product Development staff, extending their own team. This direct access allows for tailored advice, introductions to key industry players, and assistance in overcoming skill gaps or bandwidth constraints.

One of its flagship programs, the 10+10 Program, offers early-stage startups like Haylon a boost with $10,000 in cash and $10,000 in in-kind support. The 10+10 Program is tailored for ventures in their early stages. Selected teams receive financial support and access to NextFab's extensive resources, including experienced engineers and fabrication equipment.
