NAMIN SHAH
Chief Executive Officer
Namin is an electrical engineer who authored his first peer-reviewed research paper on battery technology at 17 years old. Namin has worked alongside leading researchers in the field of power electronics. He brings experience to Haylon from Fisonic Energy and Raytheon Technologies, where he concentrated on low-voltage power systems.

RAJ LULLA
Chief Technology Officer
Raj is a computer engineer who specializes in AI/ML and Cloud Computing. Raj's operations experience is multi-faceted, he has worked in both startup and corporate software engineering, including with Mealme, BNY Mellon, and Amazon. In his spare time, Raj enjoys building computers.

DANTE VAISBORT
Chief Operating Officer
Dante began his journey in the clean technology space with Accenture, serving a major energy client grappling with electrification and the IOT revolution. Later, Dante joined McKinsey & Company as a strategy consultant. Dante also led investments in more than 15 early-stage startups at the University of Chicago.

TYLER REVESZ
Chief Scientific Officer
Tyler is on leave from the University of Illinois where he studies specialized chemisty to work on Haylon Technologies. Prior to joining Haylon, Tyler applied his chemistry skillset at Baxter International.

ROBERT CONRARDY
Advisor
Bob served as an early advisor to Beltech, an advanced battery materials company. With Beltech, Bob established partnerships with major cell producers and negotiated deals to sell pilot batteries to leading automotive manufacturers.

DANNY GARDNER
Advisor
Danny is the founder and CEO of Mesh++, which designs solar-powered nodes for broadband. Danny is an engineer who has developed and scaled products from zero to one.

JAY SCHRANKLER
Advisor
Jay has worked as a Business Unit President at Honeywell, holding key executive roles spanning aerospace, automation, and the founder of Aero1217. Jay currently serves as the Head of the Polsky Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

NEAL SALES-GRIFFIN
Investor
Neal is the Managing Director of Techstars Chicago and Venture Partner at MATH Venture Partners. Prior to joining Techstars, Neal founded the first beginner-focused coding bootcamp, CodeAcademy.
